To assist you in living a more stress-free life, consider taking these easy steps toward declutting your mind.

• Start a Project Container List: Use a notebook, computer file, index cards, or whatever works for you, to collect all the things that run through your mind--ALL your incompletes.
• Containerize or categorize the projects into compartments, such as "office," "home," "errands," "calls," "computer," "someday/maybe," etc.
• Add to the Containers as you think of things until you have absolutely everything out of your head.
• Complete and eliminate Projects as you can. Ask yourself: "What's the next action?" until you are done.
• Review Weekly. This will help you learn to trust your list so you won't keep thinking about the same things over and over. 
• As you learn to trust your Project Container Lists, you will be more productive and creative because your mind will be less cluttered.
